Google announced on Tuesday it has acquired Siemplify, a cybersecurity startup that specialises in end-to-end security services for enterprises. Siemplify will be integrated into Google Cloud's Chronicle operation. While the companies didn't disclose financial details, TechCrunch reported the deal is worth $500 million. The startup was founded in 2015 by Amos Stern, Alon Cohen and Garry Fatakhov.
