Google has released new details about its supercomputers used to train its AI models. The technology giant said that its AI supercomputer is up to 1.7 times faster and 1.9 times more power-efficient than a system based on Nvidia's A100 chip. Google has strung together 4,000 of its own custom chips called the Tensor Processing Unit into the supercomputer.
