Google's DeepMind has developed TacticAI, an AI system capable of offering insights to football experts on corner kicks, in collaboration with Liverpool FC. "Our system allows coaches to sample alternative player setups for each routine of interest," said Google in its blog. Pictures shared by Google show the model predicting the probability of a goal for players at different angles.
