Tsargrad TV, a channel owned by sanctioned Russian businessman Konstantin Malofeev, has said Google has paid $12 million fine over its failure to restore access to Tsargrad's YouTube account. In March, the channel said Google lost an appeal against a 2021 ruling that it pay a daily $1,203 fine for blocking the account.
