Google's image search for 'idiot' began showing US President Donald Trump's pictures after online activists started manipulating Google's algorithm by linking the word to his images. They upvoted a post containing a photo of Trump and the word 'idiot' on Reddit. It is also partly because of 'American Idiot' song which was used by Trump's protestors during his London trip.
