Google on Thursday announced that it has expanded parental leave from 12 weeks to 18 weeks for all employees globally. For employees who give birth, their leave has been hiked from 18 weeks to 24 weeks. The tech major is also increasing employees' paid vacation time to a minimum of 20 days a year, up from 15, starting April 2.
