Google has leased office space in Gurugram for about ₹671 crore over five years, according to documents accessed by Propstack. The space, spanning 6.17 lakh sq ft, covers floors second to 16 of a commercial tower. Under the agreement, which commenced in October 2025, Google will pay a monthly rent of around ₹10.55 crore.
