According to app analytics company Localytics, Google's Pixel smartphones were more popular than Apple's iPhone 7 over the Thanksgiving weekend in the US. Pixel witnessed a 112% growth in new devices activated compared to the average activations from the last four weekends. In comparison, iPhone 7 activations were up by 13%, while Samsung’s Galaxy S7 saw activations grow by 36%.
