Google has removed PDF creator app CamScanner, which has over 100 million downloads, from Play Store after it was found to contain malware. Russia-based cybersecurity firm Kaspersky said that the malware could have made it possible to show users intrusive ads or snoop on login credentials. According to Kaspersky, recent updates to the app have apparently removed the malware.
