Paytm said Google removed its app from Play Store claiming that it violated its gambling policies by issuing cashbacks through cricket-themed scratch cards. Paytm allowed consumers to collect player cards linked to their transactions and a certain number of cards would earn them a cashback. Paytm added it has temporarily removed the cashback component to meet Play Store policy requirements.
