Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has filed a lawsuit seeking Google to be declared a public utility. He has alleged that Google steers Ohioans to its own products, services and websites in search results. "When you own public utilities like a railroad or electric company or the cellphone tower, you've to treat everyone same and give everybody access," Yost said.
