Google has threatened to remove its search engine from Australia if the government forces the tech giant and Facebook to pay local news outlets for sharing their content. According to the proposed law, if Google can't successfully negotiate payments with publishers, a government-appointed arbitrator will decide the price. "We don't respond to threats," Australia Prime Minister Scott Morrison said.
