Alphabet-owned Google said that it will appeal its €4.125 billion antitrust fine at Europe's top court. The competition watchdog of the European Union said that Google imposed restrictions on manufacturers of Android mobile devices and network operators to consolidate dominance of its search engine. The Luxembourg-based General Court threw away Google's challenge last month but reduced the fine.
