Google is purchasing Central Saint Giles development, a central London building where it is currently a tenant, for $1 billion. Google said it will refurbish the offices to create a future flexible workplace. Notably, Google's new London headquarters is currently under construction. The 11-storey building will include a swimming pool, an indoor basketball court, massage rooms and a roof garden.
