Google on Thursday said it will defer a portion of its employees' year-end bonuses as part of a shift to a new performance management system. It will pay 80% bonus to eligible employees this month and the remaining 20% will be reportedly paid in March or April. Full bonuses will be paid in March from next year, CNBC reported.
