Google on Thursday announced that it's bringing tokenised cards to Indian debit and credit cardholders to allow them to pay for things using a digital token instead of their actual card number. The feature will be rolled out to Google Pay users in the coming weeks. It will start with Visa cards for HDFC, Axis, Kotak and Standard Chartered banks.
