Google DeepMind has unveiled a new AI model called Genie which can turn a text prompt or a real-world image (including photographs and even sketches) into playable 2D games. Google even used its own text-to-image technology Imagen 2 to make games using Genie. Genie can also be used to create large scale virtual interactive environments by combining its different results.
