Google has introduced a new feature called Verified Calls to identify business callers and help reduce spam calls. This feature will show the caller's name, logo, the reason for calling, and a verification badge indicating that the user is authenticated by Google. Early results of the feature's pilot show that it improved the likelihood of people answering calls, Google said.
