Actress Manisha Koirala, who battled stage IV ovarian cancer, revealed that Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton sent her a letter expressing joy after she beat cancer. "To be recognized by such an esteemed person like the Princess itself is a very motivating factor to carry on the work," she added. Earlier this year, Kate revealed that she has cancer.
