Former Bhojpuri actress Alina Shaikh on Monday claimed her husband divorced her through talaqnama on ₹100 stamp paper and police refused to register FIR before conducting counselling first. She said her husband was missing for ten days before sending the talaqnama. Shaikh also accused her in-laws of threatening to assault her, adding her husband stopped her from filing a complaint.
