Actor Govinda expressed feeling hurt over being "defamed" in the industry for allegedly coming late to shoots. "Who has the strength to do five shifts and still come on time?...How can someone do so much shooting?" he said. He added his minor delays were exaggerated, emphasising that sometimes delays were outside his control, like due to traffic or scheduling constraints.
