The Appointments Committee Cabinet (ACC) has appointed Ratnakar Patnaik as the Managing Director (MD) of LIC. Patnaik will assume his new role on or after June 01 2025, up to his superannuation on March 31 2028 or until further orders. Prior to this appointment, Patnaik worked as Executive Director & Chief Investment Officer and Key Managerial Personnel at LIC.
