After convening a Union Cabinet meeting on the blast near Red Fort in Delhi, the government has declared the blast as a terrorist incident. "The country has witnessed a heinous terrorist incident, perpetrated by anti-national forces," the government said. The Cabinet passed a resolution which reiterated India's position that it won't tolerate any kind of terror in the country.
