The Centre has found "errors" in SC's May 2 order, which rejected JSW Steel's plan to acquire Bhushan Power & Steel, Moneycontrol reported. The Committee of Creditors will file a review petition against the apex court's order within the next two weeks. SC had said that JSW's acquisition plans through a debt resolution process didn’t comply with India's bankruptcy laws.
