Govt issues directives for airlines after Ebola outbreak declared global health emergency

After Ebola outbreak in Africa was declared a global health emergency, DGCA issued directives for airlines operating flights connected to Congo and Uganda. Under new guidelines, segregated seating arrangements must be made for suspected or symptomatic passengers during transit. Airlines are also required to ensure that passengers complete mandatory health declarations prior to boarding.
