As per the latest clinical guidelines issued by the government for management of adult COVID-19 patients, Remdesivir should not be used in patients who are not on oxygen support or in home settings. Further, for patients with moderate COVID-19 and who need supplemental oxygen therapy, awake proning is encouraged. People with mild disease can have Ivermectin tablet or HCQ tablet.
