Union Home Ministry's Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) has issued a notice to India-based French journalist Vanessa Dougnac, calling her work "malicious". It said Dougnac's reportage created a "biased negative perception" of India and asked her why her Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card should not be cancelled. Dougnac, who's been in India for 22 years, has denied the allegations.
