Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal launched the "Bhavya" portal on June 8 to accelerate the development of 100 industrial parks across states. The portal serves as a sole window for the ₹33,660-crore scheme implementation. Land for the parks will be provided by state governments, while the Centre will support infrastructure creation and will partner with states under a 51:49 model.
