Govt has launched Bima Bharosa, a web-based grievance redressal system. Users can register insurance-related grievances by creating an account, filling in grievance details, and submitting supporting documents. Grievances can be tracked using a unique ID, and the IRDAI ensures timely resolution, with updates provided through the portal and email notifications.
