The upcoming GST Council meeting could provide relief to major companies including Infosys, foreign airlines and foreign shipping lines, the CNBC-TV18 reported. This comes after Infosys got a tax notice of over ₹32,000 crore. Around 10 foreign airlines reportedly also received notices over non-payment of GST worth ₹10,000 crore earlier this month.
