Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Gopal Baglay on Thursday asserted that the government was not aware of the condition and location of Kulbhushan Jadhav. "So far Pakistan has denied all our requests for consular access. The so-called legal process done by Pakistan was opaque," he added. Jadhav is a kidnapped innocent Indian and a retired Navy officer, Baglay added.
