Reacting to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi asking External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar about "how many Indian aircraft India lost", Defence Expert Praful Bakshi said the government is not bound to share such information. "Up until the war is on, only Indian government decides if it will reveal the losses so that the enemy doesn't take advantage of this," Bakshi added.
