Shares of General Insurance Corporation of India fell 5.4% to ₹398.6 on Wednesday, after the Government of India offloaded 6.78% stake in the company through an offer for sale (OFS) at a floor price of ₹395 per share. The total size of the OFS is projected to be ₹4,701 crore based on this floor price.
