The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has proposed a colour scheme for number plates of hydrogen-powered vehicles. For commercial ones, the top half will be green and bottom half will be blue with yellow text. Private vehicles will have green and blue halves with white text. Rent-a-cab plates will feature black top half, blue bottom half and yellow text.
