While addressing students at a college festival, former Indian Air Force chief BS Dhanoa said that the government had rejected IAF's proposal to strike Pakistan terror camps after 26/11 terror attack. "We knew where the terror camps were located in Pakistan and were ready. But it's a political decision whether to carry out a strike or not," he stated.
