Rejecting BJP's demand of SPG protection to Narendra Modi, the Governmant on Wednesday said Under the Act of Parliament, SPG protection is given only to the Prime Minister, former Prime Ministers and their immediate family members. Modi has already been accorded Z-plus security with round-the-clock protection by elite National Security Guard (NSG) commandos.
