A video of a government school teacher in Tamil Nadu's Chidambaram holding a Class 12 student from his head and beating him up inside a classroom has gone viral. The teacher beat him up allegedly for not attending the classes regularly. "There's no place for corporal punishment...Strict action must be taken against the teacher," MP Karti Chidambaram tweeted.
