Corporate Affairs Ministry has sent a notice to yoga guru Baba Ramdev's firm, Patanjali Ayurved, over "abnormal" and "dubious" financial transactions, reports stated. The notice is the result of Economic Intelligence Wing's probe into the company. Amounts involved in the transactions aren't disclosed, while the firm will also be investigated for corporate governance breaches and fund diversion.
