J&K Principal Secretary Rohit Kansal on Tuesday said the government has taken cognisance of all the fake Twitter handles spreading hate after revocation of Article 370, and the same is being handled at the appropriate level legally and procedurally. He further defended the restrictions imposed in J&K, saying that there has been no casualty in the last week.
