The government, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, will borrow ₹8.20 lakh crore in H1 FY27 via G-Secs, including ₹15,000 crore in green bonds. Total borrowing is ₹16.09 lakh crore, with auctions across maturities. Treasury Bills and WMA support will ensure liquidity and smooth fiscal operations.
