Power Secretary Alok Kumar has said the government is working to introduce a subsidy for companies that'll set up electric vehicle charging hubs across India. He said a subsidy of around ₹4-5 lakh will be provided to set up a 200-KW charging infrastructure for EVs. He added the government is working to amend the FAME II policy for the same.
