The Centre is not considering any relaxation in the tax demand worth ₹32,000 crore that was sent to Infosys, Reuters reported. After reportedly meeting DG of GST Intelligence, Infosys sought 10 days to submit its response to the pre-show cause notice it received. The company had said it believes that GST isn't applicable on the expenses mentioned in the notice.
