A 30-year-old man in Karnataka's Davanagere has said the government used his phone records to tell his friends of his coronavirus diagnosis. The man, who was tested on July 18, is yet to receive an official word whether he has tested negative or positive. On July 23, he received calls from four friends who told him he tested positive.
