Godawari Power & Ispat reported Q4FY26 PAT growth of 26.6% YoY to ₹280 crore, while revenue increased 9.7% to ₹1,610 crore. FY26 PAT stood at ₹801 crore. The board recommended a final dividend of Re 1 per share and approved additional ₹200 crore investment in its Battery Energy Storage System subsidiary.
