Bengaluru-based products rental startup GrabOnRent has agreed to settle with coupons retailer GrabOn over trademark infringement allegations. GrabOnRent agreed that it and its vendors will not sell, advertise and deal in goods or services under "GrabOnRent", "GrabOn" or similar trademarks within a specified timeframe. The case was settled before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
