The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) on Monday ordered the implementation of GRAP-II in Delhi-NCR as the air quality started deteriorating to 'very poor' category. The GRAP Stage II will come into effect from Tuesday at 8 am. In its order, the CAQM urged the citizens to use public transport and minimise the use of personal vehicles.
