Greaves Cotton completes Excel Controlinkage acquisition

Greaves Cotton acquired the remaining 20 per cent stake in Excel Controlinkage, taking its ownership to 100 per cent. The transaction, completed on August 13, 2026, made Excel Controlinkage a wholly owned subsidiary. The company manufactures motion control systems for commercial vehicles, construction equipment, agriculture, marine and other applications.
