Greaves Cotton approved an additional investment of around ₹50 crore in fully owned subsidiary Greaves Finance through a rights issue. The funds will support business operations, working capital requirements, and EV financing activities. Greaves Finance provides lending and lease financing solutions for electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and last-mile mobility operators.
