One of the engines of the Condor Boeing 757-300 flight from Greece's Corfu to Germany's Düsseldorf caught fire mid-air. The pilots were forced to make an emergency landing in Italy's Brindisi as the engine malfunction did not allow them to carry through the flight to Düsseldorf. The plane was carrying over 250 people.
