Green flames were seen coming out of manholes at Texas Tech University in US' Lubbock. "It's too early to say exactly what we're dealing with there," Lubbock Fire Captain Jon Tunnell said during the press conference. Several buildings at the university were evacuated after an explosion in a manhole.
